Horton-cum-Studley resident Chris Pugh will talk about the motivations for bell-ringing, including the history and current state of bell-ringing in the UK.  This talk will explain how a full circle of bells work and methods, how the ringers change order in which the bells sound following traditional patterns known as Methods.  The Stanton bell-ringers would welcome anyone who would like to give it a try!
