Monday 3rd June, 6:45 for 7:00 to 8:30 pm, ‘Oxford, City of Inspiration in the life and work of Evelyn Waugh and for new writing in 2019’ – Prof Barbara Cooke (Loughborough University, Co – Executive Editor of the Complete Works of Evelyn Waugh ), poet Robert M Francis & playwright Sophie Swithinbank (Writers in Creative Writing Residence, Oxford University).

Tuesday 11th June 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Community Evening walk, organised jointly with Wheatley Ramblers. Otmoor circuit, 4-5 miles, returning to the pub for drinks, food – reserve table in advance if you want to eat! Some rough terrain, ascents and descents. Sorry no dogs on this walk.
